Job Position: Business Development Associate

Essential Job Functions:

  • Respond to all requests for financial information on grants covered from the Contract Management and Finance Teams;
  • File all proposal and relevant project documentation i.e. RFP, TOR, EOI etc. and assume full responsibility for maintaining the hard copy and electronic documents, including final copies of contracts, sub-contracts, budgets and technical proposal, financial proposal and donor and financial correspondence;
  • To keep fully up to date on donor requirements and reporting processes.
  • Participate in project monitoring meetings;
  • To liaise with the donor and or Fund Managers on specific financial, contractual and reporting issues where appropriate and as agreed with the Project Lead;
  • Update tools and templates for working on proposals and maintain proposal library of best practice;
  • Manage the development and construction of proposals for service and ensure quality goals are met and timely delivery;
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans (internal and external) to support the business and operational priorities;
  • Coordinate market research as required – prospective clients, competition, existing clients, industry trends, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education- Graduation / Post Graduation (MBA)
  • Experience- 0-1 years
  • Skills & Knowledge-
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of MS Office.
    • Good command over written and spoken English.

Job Position: Accountant

Essential Job Functions:

  • Good accounting skills, analytical skills and accuracy with numbers;
  • Flexible to work in any shift, positive mindset;
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented; good people management skills;
  • Master data maintenance experience for Global GL and cost centres;
  • Prepare balance sheet, Cash flow variance, Close package reporting;
  • Client Management;
  • Bill Clearance;
  • Bank reconciliation;
  • Petty cash management controlling.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education-Graduation / Post Graduation.
  • Experience- A minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in accounting activities; thorough understanding of record to report functions.
  • Skills & Knowledge-
    • Command over written and spoken English
    • Experience in Tally ERP 9 is a must (SAP desirable)
    • Good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Job Position: IT Associate

Essential Job Functions:

  • Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.);
  • Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality;
  • Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance;
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work;
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.);
  • Maintain records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule;
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
